April 2025 Goals
- Write a blog post mortem post for Antz vs Plantz
- Update & Deploy Antz vs Plantz to Newgrounds
- Publish Charles the Bee multiplayer update
- Host Final Pixel Fixel Tournament!
- Make Falling Thingies Steam page public
- Trash Force “Graystone Milestone”
- Celebrate Birthday!
- Explory Story Act 1 Boulder re-work
As far as gamedev productivity goes, it was one of my slowest months. However still lots of forward progress on a few things and half the goals achieved! The Falling Thingies steam page is up, you can see an early version of it! It will be improving as time goes on.

Special shoutout to Manisha and Keely for buying me a cake (and everyone else at the meetup) for my birthday! That was very wholesome and I appreciate it a lot.
June 2025 Goals
- Participate in Steam Next Fest with Falling Thingies online
- Deploy Trash Force steam page, including making art assets for it
- Participate in Dirty Rectangles Toronto with Falling thingies in person
- Participate in Game Con Canada with Falling Thingies in person and online
- Participate in GDX Alberta convention with Falling Thingies in person
- Host final(probably) Pixel Fixel tournament
A lot of conventions and showcases happening June! Very exciting! I’m busy working on all of those things so this blog post is going to be light (and late oops). I’ll see y’all on the next one where I can tell you how each of these events went! God speed
Footer & Note to Future Self
Was it a joyous month? At times! Was it a sad month? At times! I guess this is how things are for most people right? Just as a reminder to my future self, at the moment I have really big hopes for Trash Force and Falling Thingies. The latter may surprise everyone, including myself!
